Long & Long’s Nicole M. Pardus has been chosen as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Leadership Institute Class of 2022-2023.
Only eleven lawyers from across the state were selected to this year’s Class to ensure that only the best are included. To be considered, Nicole wrote a statement of interest in which she described her leadership skills, active involvement in the Westmoreland Bar Association as well as the desire to be more involved in the community and with the PBA.
The PBA Bar Leadership Institute provides emerging leaders in the Pennsylvania law community with an opportunity to gain experience with the PBA while actively participating in key meetings. This provides numerous opportunities to network with other PBA members and leadership fostering relationships that are essential to young lawyer’s success in the field.
The Bar Leadership Institute strives to develop well-informed, committed leaders who will serve the future of the PBA. Participants will learn about the day-to-day operation of the association, provided with a foundation on governance and policy issues and introduced to PBA staff and valuable resources the association has to offer.
In addition to this honor, Nicole was recently named Chair of the WBA Young Lawyers Division, elected to the Membership Committee of the Westmoreland Bar Association, holds the position of Treasurer of Laurel Legal Services as well as recognized on the 2021 and 2022 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
